Chicken Piri Piri with green beans and cooked potatoes

Prepare

  1. Get all the ingredients ready.
  2. Put the potatoes in a large cooking pot, put them just not under water. Bring to the boil with salt and cook untill they are done. Pour of the water and let them evaporate.
  3. Open the can Chicken Piri Piri and pour in a large pan. Heat up the Chicken Piri Piri calmly, so the chicken pieces stay entirely as much as possible.
  4. Put in a large cooking pan the green beans, onion, pointed pepper, butter and add a bottom of water. Bring to the boil with pepper and salt and cook the green beans untill they are al dente (or to your own taste). Add for the last half minute the soy bean sprouts.
  5. Place the potatoes on a pile on the plate, the green bean mix next to it and besides the Chicken Piri Piri.

Tip: serve baked mushrooms additional.

  • 400 g peeled floury potatoes in pieces
  • 500 g green beans, cleaned and halved
  • 100 g onion chopped
  • 1 pointed pepper, cut in cubes
  • 200 g soy bean sprouts
  • 40 g butter
  • salt and pepper
