Chicken soup with rice
- Boil the rice till it is almost ready
- Pour the chicken soup into a pan and bring to the boil.
- Add the rice and if you like some extra carrots and heta agin till boil. Simmer gently for 3 minutes.
- Add the flat-leaved parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serving suggestion: serve with toasted Turkish bread, spread with garlic oil and sea salt.
