Chicken soup with rice


  1. Boil the rice till it is almost ready
  2. Pour the chicken soup into a pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the rice and if you like some extra carrots and heta agin till boil. Simmer gently for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the flat-leaved parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serving suggestion: serve with toasted Turkish bread, spread with garlic oil and sea salt.


  • 2 jars of chicken soup 500 ml
  • 75 gram carrot, cut into strips
  • 200 gram rice
  • Celery leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
